Pre-Payment Courtesy
Leifeste Dental in Orange, TX, offers a 5% pre-payment courtesy from total obligation if the payment for the treatment is paid in full by cash or check, one week prior to commencement of the treatment. This offer is for uninsured patients.
1/2 and 1/2
Applicable Only for Established Patients
This payment option allows for equal payments during each visit over the treatment time upon a down payment of 50%. Payment under this option can be made through a pre-authorized credit card charge form.
Pay in Full
Under this option, you can choose to make a full payment through the following options:

Third-Party Financing
Swift approval of payment through a third-party finance company can enable much lower payments than those available through our office. Membership Plans
This plan makes covering the costs of routine preventive care, including checkups and cleanings, affordable. These visits help us protect smiles of all ages against common issues like tooth decay and periodontal disease. There is no annual maximum or deductible, and no waiting periods. You do not have to worry about treatments being dictated by your insurance company, and we offer discounted services. For example, we offer:
- 10% discount off any other services when paid on the day of service with cash or check
- 5% discount off any other services when paid by credit card on the day of service
Our Membership Plans:
Child’s Membership
For kids ages 13 and under, $325 a year. Includes two dental exams and cleanings, two fluoride treatments, x-rays, and one emergency exam. We also include an oral cancer screening!
Adult Membership
For people ages 14 and older, we have an adult membership plan for $400 a year. The plan includes two exams, cleanings, and fluoride treatments a year, as well as x-rays, oral cancer screenings, and one emergency exam.
Periodontal Membership
For patients with periodontal disease, we have a special membership plan for $700 a year. The plan includes four dental cleanings, two exams, and two fluoride treatments a year. The plan also includes all x-rays, an emergency exam, and an oral cancer screening. Plus a 10% discount on laser gum treatment.
